Creamy 100 % Mont Vully cheese with a well-balanced flavour: finally our cheese is also available as a fondue mix! A real treat, ready in a jiffy.
- To add extra flavour, rub the inside of the fondue pot with a garlic clove.
- Take 2 dl of white wine (preferably Chasselas from Vully), mix well with 2 teaspoons (ca. 10 g) of cornflour and bring to the boil in the fondue pot.
- Add the Mont Vully cheese to the boiling white wine and stir over a medium heat until the fondue is smooth and creamy.
- Season with pepper, add a splash of kirsch and serve immediately. Keep the burner flame medium to low.
